Re. Fanfic recs. Well, I'm definitely a Sonny/Vinnie fan, so my tastes run accordingly.

My favorite author for ages and ages has been merricatk but I'm not sure her work is online any longer.

astolat sort-of blew through the fandom, as she does, moving ever onward, but she left lovely gifts behind: her Wiseguy fic is available here.

margueritem made a fanwork round-up post over on the LJ version of this community, back in 2006. It features icons, vids, fic, and episode reviews, many (most?) of them still online and well worth viewing.

Speaking of vids, I haven't watched very many for Wiseguy, I'm afraid, but destina's and barkley's Take Me Out, linked in the above post, and hosted here makes me gloriously happy. (Er. That is, for that twisted value of happiness that comes with all things S/V.)

And... that's where I'm going to leave it for now. ;D

ETA No. no, it's not. In spite of my firm conviction in the Truth of the above, I will admit that one of the. best. vids. ever. is "Strong Enough" by Jill, linked here, which made me cry the first three times I saw it, all in 24 hours, and it's Sonny/Vinnie.
